Terms and Condition:
- Form A1-012007 is an application filed by one candidate to one position only.
- A candidate must be Ilocano/21 years old and above and has been continuous member of INSO for six (6) months with an outstanding record.
- A candidate must be legally resident of Ottawa and Ottawa Valley for one year.
- Elected officers are volunteers / non-payroll to the / within INSO during and after the term.
- Last submission of the application is on May 5, 2007, any late entry is considered void / non-applicable.
- A candidate may campaign after until the last day before Election Day.
- A candidate must personally submit the candidacy only to the Secretary General.
- Only the Secretary General could / will announce and change the election date / time and venue.
- Elected officers are expected to work harmoniously within the INSO, any wrong doing of any officer is / are subjected to be impeach / remove from their position by the Executive Board of Directors with in the Constitution and By-Laws.
- Withdrawal of your candidacy must be filed within 30 days before the election date to the Secretary General with a valid reason.

PRO – the first two candidate with the highest vote win
Coordinator – the first four with the highest vote win
